Hello, we're meeting again!
My journey into product design began at Deloitte Digital in 2015, where I started as a Visual Designer and gradually transitioned into UX Design as my passion for UX grew. I honed my UX skills on the job, working across diverse banking, retail, and telecom industries.
In 2020, I joined Tata Digital, playing a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of Tata Neu, the super app launched in April 2022. Currently, I lead design efforts for the E-commerce category, and before this, I spearheaded UX for Travel, Employee Benefits, and Loyalty within the app. My role involves collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to translate complex requirements into seamless, user-centric design solutions.
Beyond my core design responsibilities, I also mentor 6-7 designers, conducting regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback, and guiding them in overcoming challenges and refining their skills.
I am deeply passionate about user behavior and psychology, which form the foundation of my design decisions. My expertise spans product design, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling me to drive impactful experiences that align business goals with user needs.

I’m a huge dog lover and spend my time volunteering as an event coordinator for Pawga, helping adorable furry friends find their perfect families and get adopted
